With clean eating and portion control and working out for 90 min., I lost 22 KG. I started walking for a month and then held the hand of the love of my life 'Jillian Michaels ' She is my Life changer. Today I am here to share my one year weight loss journey with all of you.I started my weight loss journey in May 2016 with 82 KG. No matter your fitness goals, Jillian can help you make it happen!! I will be 35 in 3 months and am in the best shape of my life! I am so thankful for Jillian for making working out fun and feasible with a hectic schedule. I am currently 147 pounds and working on fine tuning and maintaining. I realized that my body responds extremely well to her HIIT training with weights! I have lost inches and pounds while gaining strength and toned muscles. I started with Ripped in 30, just completed Bodyshred, and am now working on Six Week Six Pack. My new job helped me lose a few pounds, but I was ready to commit and do more. I was commuting 4 hours round trip a day so a 30 minute workout seemed feasible. I moved from TN back home to IL for a new (more active) job, and was temporarily living with my parents while my boyfriend searched for a job in IL. It wasn't that I wasn't exercising- I was training for a half marathon yet could not seem to shed a pound! I think it was a combination of working a desk job, not always making the wisest food choices and only doing cardio workouts.įast forward back to that fateful thrift store day, my life was in transition. Previous to Jillian, I was tipping the scales at my heaviest weight of 181 pounds. 30 minute workouts? I was intrigued and bought it, followed by weights a few days later. I was in a thrift store perusing the DVD's when Ripped in 30 caught my eye. Squat Jacks: Starting with feet together, squat down in Chair pose.Do the left side on round one and the right leg on round two. As you return to standing, retract the weights back into chest level. Squat back and down and drive weights from the chest out in front of you (like you're serving a platter). Figure Four Squats With Serving Biceps: Cross your ankle just above the knee on the opposite leg.Press the weights with straight arms behind your torso. Holding dumbbells, extend your arms by your sides and turn your palms backwards, so they face behind you. Crescent Pose With Triceps Pulses: Sink deep into Crescent pose: Front leg at 90-degree angle, back leg straight.Lift knee all the way up and extend the foot. Pop Up Front Kick: Squat down, come onto knee and top of foot and press through the heel of the opposite leg.

You want a nice fast pace on this exercise. Bring back knee up toward your hands and feet, tapping the back foot up by hands then back to start position. Plant that foot between both of your palms, knee up toward the chest, one leg extended behind you.

Step Back Plank: Start in a plank and bring one foot forward, placing it between the hands, so you're crouched low.

Kick one foot up and forward, and then jump-switch to the other. Palms and soles of the feet flat on the ground.

Crab Kicks: Flip over into reverse table.

Lower back into the ground and repeat on the other side.

Then, supported by one arm and one leg, lift hips and reach opposite arm to the opposite foot. Dancing Crab: Lie on your back, and then lift torso to sitting, one knee bent and one extended.Then perform push-up, and then jump-switch hands to stagger opposite arm forward and opposite arm back

Uneven Push-Ups: In high plank with feet hip-width apart, stagger your hands with one forward and one further back.
